Returns and Refunds

At Kairos, we want you to always be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here's how you can exercise your right of withdrawal, simply and transparently.

📝 How to exercise your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without needing to provide any reason, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

To do so, simply send us an email to: assistenza@kairoscollection.it, indicating your order number. We will reply as soon as possible with all the necessary instructions.

📦 Return Conditions

Once you have communicated your intention to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the product to us, observing these simple conditions:

• The product must be intact, unused, complete with labels and in its original packaging
  

• The shipping costs for the return are at your expense
  

• The shipment must be made to the following address:

We recommend using a tracked shipment: unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during return transport.

🔄 Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, you can inform us via email at assistenza@kairoscollection.it within 14 days of receiving the order.

Exchanges are not made through direct replacement, but through a procedure that helps us ensure transparency and continuously updated products. Here's how it works:

1. Return the product at your expense, intact, unused, and in its original packaging
   

2. Once the product has been received and verified, we will refund the amount paid (excluding the shipping costs of the initial order)
   

3. You can then make a new purchase directly on the website, choosing from the products available at the time
   
   

Why this procedure? Every Kairos creation is made in limited editions, using leather from luxury surplus and therefore cannot be restocked. This allows us to offer you exclusive products, while ensuring managerial fairness and administrative transparency.

💰 Refunds

Once the product has been received and its integrity verified, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

❌ When the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Products personalized or made to customer's request
  

• Products purchased with known defects and clearly indicated in the description
  

• Products custom-made or unique editions, where specified
