TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Prices

The sales prices on our site include VAT and unless otherwise specified do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the order total during checkout.

Kairos Collection reserves the right to change the price of one or more products at any time, but guarantees the application of the prices indicated on the site at the time of the order.

Availability

All products on the site, unless otherwise specified, are available in our warehouses ready to be shipped.

Stocks are updated in real time but it can rarely happen, due to inventory errors, that a product marked as available is actually not physically available on site. In these rare cases the customer will be contacted and at his discretion he will be able to choose between the TOTAL and immediate refund of the order or a coupon that corresponds to the cost of the product purchased.

Shipping

Kairos Collection is committed to carefully packing and protecting your packages.

Shipping to Italy has a price of € 7.90 and is carried out via SDA or Poste Italiane courier (based on availability).

Shipping to the rest of the world is priced at €19 and is carried out via UPS.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Kairos Collection does not assume any responsibility for any delays due to transport but we will still try to assist you and urge the transporters to allow you to wear our products as quickly as possible.

The production processes of customizable items require 9/15 working days.

Delivery in Italy takes place within 24/48 working hours from departure, in Europe from 3 to 10 working days, in the rest of the world 5/10 working days.

When calculating the days, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays should not be considered.

Payments

Payment for the products and related shipping costs can be made using one of the methods indicated in the order form

The accepted payment methods are:

  1. PAYPAL: Safe, immediate and without additional costs.
  2. CREDIT CARD: Secure, immediate transactions with no additional costs. It is possible to use prepaid cards such as Postepay. In case of payment by credit card, the financial information will be collected via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted protocol, without third parties having access to it in any way. The credit card information will never be displayed by Annaira Collection srl, only the payment information will be used to complete the procedures relating to your purchase.
  3. BANK TRANSFER: Using this method the order processing will not be immediate, as it takes 1 to 4 working days to view the credit on the account statement. The bank transfer data will be sent in the order confirmation email after completing the checkout phase. The bank transfer must be made within 24 hours of the time the order was placed, beyond this time the availability of the chosen items cannot be guaranteed. It is advisable to include the order number in the reason for the transfer, in order to facilitate the correct identification of the payment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product in the event that the goods received differ substantially from those published on our website or on our social channels.

Personalized items are not subject to the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code:

"The right of withdrawal referred to in articles 52 to 58 for distance contracts and contracts negotiated away from business premises is excluded in relation to:

…

c) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;”

A necessary condition for the exercise of this right is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.

To exercise the right it is necessary to send an explicit communication via email.

To obtain a refund of the fee, you must, at your own expense, return the purchased products.

Once the package has arrived at our office, we will verify that all the above conditions have been respected, after which we will issue a refund equal to the original amount of the order net of shipping costs. The entire procedure will be completed within 15 working days as required by the consumer code for online purchases.
