1. General Information

This website, accessible at www.kairoscollection.it (hereinafter the "Site"), is managed by Maison Lunarya S.r.l., with registered office in Via Mario Del Monaco 42, 00138 Rome (RM), VAT number 18330781008 (hereinafter the "Seller").

Kairos Collection is a trademark owned by Maison Lunarya S.r.l.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made through the Site.

2. Prices
All prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are included in the price for orders equal to or greater than €150, where explicitly indicated. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; it is understood that the customer will be charged the price displayed on the Site at the time the order is placed.

3. Product Availability
The products on the Site are generally available and ready for shipment, unless otherwise indicated. Stock levels are updated in real time; however, in rare cases, discrepancies may occur due to inventory errors. If an ordered product is not available, the customer will be contacted promptly and can choose between:

• full and immediate refund of the amount paid

• issuance of a coupon equal to the value of the purchased product

4. Shipments
The Seller undertakes to carefully package each order to ensure its protection during transport.

• Italy: free shipping for orders equal to or greater than €150, via SDA – Poste Italiane

• Europe and the rest of the world: shipping via Poste Italiane, UPS or other selected couriers, with variable costs depending on the destination country

Once shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Estimated delivery times:

• Italy: 24/48 working hours

• Europe: 3–10 working days

• Rest of the world: 5–10 working days

The indicated times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The Seller is not responsible for any delays attributable to couriers, but will provide assistance to facilitate delivery.

5. Payment Methods
Payment for products and related shipping costs can be made using one of the following methods:

1. PayPal – secure and immediate payment
2. Credit or prepaid cards (e.g. Postepay), via SSL protocol
3. Bank transfer – the order will be processed after receipt of the credit (1–4 working days). The transfer must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation
4. Klarna – payment in 3 installments
5. Scalapay – payment in 3 interest-free installments

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without obligation to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a written communication via email to assistenza@kairoscollection.it, indicating the order number.

7. Conditions for Return

The return must comply with the following conditions:

• the return must be requested within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal, to be made via email to assistenza@kairoscollection.it indicating the order number

• the product must be intact, unused, complete with tags and in its original packaging

• return shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense

• the return must be shipped to the following address:

Kairos Collection, Via Mario Del Monaco 42 00138 – Rome (RM)

• the use of tracked shipping is recommended

The Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

8. Product Exchange

In the event that the Customer wishes to exchange a product, the request must be communicated exclusively via e-mail to assistenza@kairoscollection.it within 14 days of receiving the order.

The exchange does not take place via direct product replacement.

The Customer must:

1. Return the product at their own expense, intact, unused, and in the same condition as received, complete with any original packaging.
2. Once the product has been received and verified at our headquarters, a refund of the amount paid for the returned item will be issued (any shipping costs incurred for the initial order are excluded).
3. Subsequently, the Customer can make a new purchase directly on the website, choosing the desired product from those available at the time.

Direct substitute shipping or automatic compensation between products is not provided.

Each Kairos creation is made in limited editions, often with leathers from luxury surpluses and therefore not restockable. To ensure management transparency, administrative correctness, and updated product availability, exchanges are made exclusively through the return procedure and a new purchase.

9. Refunds

Once the product has been received and its integrity verified, the refund will be made within 14 working days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• customized products or products made at the customer's request

• products purchased with known defects and clearly indicated in the description

• tailor-made or unique edition products, where specified

11. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer is competent.
