Kairos originated from a personal journey even before it became a creative one
I'm Federica Formicola, born in 1992, founder and designer of the brand. Every creation reflects a precise vision: to build something authentic, far from the fast and impersonal logic of mass production. My journey hasn't been linear. After initially studying Pharmacy, I chose to change direction and pursue what truly resonated with me. That's how I started experimenting, transforming garments and accessories, giving new life to what already existed – an approach that is now at the heart of Kairos. I then deepened my education in the fashion industry through courses in tailoring, pattern making, and fashion design, transforming a vision into a concrete project. Kairos was born from this, from a conscious choice, from a precise moment when I decided to truly listen to myself. I personally oversee every stage of the process, from selecting leathers to developing designs, right through to brand communication, because I believe that consistency is what makes a project recognizable and authentic.
Kairos is my vision translated into matter, a balance between aesthetics, identity, and meaning, a brand designed for women who consciously choose what they wear, every day.

Every creation begins with an intuition, a hand-drawn line, a balance that I seek between aesthetics and functionality. The process is slow, intentional. From the search for leathers, always different, always unique, to the development of the models, up to the artisanal realization. It's the part I love the most, transforming an idea into something that exists, that can be experienced every day. Without haste, without compromise.
