Are all Kairos bags the same?
No. Each Kairos bag is handcrafted using leather from luxury waste. This makes each piece unique and unrepeatable: any slight differences in color or texture are a characteristic, not a defect.

Is the leather real?
Yes. We exclusively use genuine Italian leather, carefully selected from luxury surpluses, to reduce waste and enhance high-quality materials.

Are colors restocked?
Almost never. Working with limited materials, many models are produced in small quantities. Once a leather is finished, the model in a certain color may never be available again.

ORDERS & SHIPMENTS

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are generally shipped within 24/72 business hours. During launches, promotions, or holiday periods, times may vary slightly.

Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Europe and the rest of the world. Shipping costs and times are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.

Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information to follow the delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Is it possible to make a return?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, as required by current regulations.

What are the conditions for return?
The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging.

Who bears the cost of the return?
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
